Thousands of injured and orphaned animals are bursting through Hope’s door at a record pace. But, the unseasonably warm winter has made the start to the season unpredictable – with hungry Harbour Seals arriving months ahead of schedule, and songbirds returning to the wild in mid-winter – when normally they’d be released in spring.
